For this reason, Faresin Industries founded a new ACADEMY equipped with appropriate tools and important training skills, structuring training into two main directives:

  • PRODUCT TRAINING, in which our trainers present the product range, its commercial and technical features, and the potential of available configurations.
  • TECHNICAL TRAINING, focusing on vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis of electrical and hydraulic systems, and the logical structure of the electronic system.

Faresin Academy training courses make our dealers’ maintenance technicians more and more autonomous. This will enable them to carry out more efficient interventions, solving problems as quickly as possible and ensuring a high level of customer service.
