Twinner

The Twinner series of trailed mixer wagons, thanks to the butterfly auger and the specific geometry of the mixing tub, is the best-performing machine in terms of mixing time and quality when working with rations rich in hay, bale and particularly tough long-fiber products. It is built without a subframe to reduce its size, and it can be equipped with different unloading options: chain, translatable, slide, and bilateral.

Mixing tub

The specific geometry of the tub ensures excellent results with recipes for high fiber concentration, long and tough fiber.

Butterfly auger

The butterfly auger, standard in Twinner models, can guarantee the best mixing quality thanks to the special conformation of the first part of the spiral, designed to push the product upward. In addition, the two adjustable blades at the base of the auger ensure consistent and effective mixing and cleanliness of the mixing bowl even with the most compact products.

Straw thrower

The option Straw thrower with throw up to 82 ft, is ideal for distributing the food and to prepare the litter box. Equipped with two rotation and launch speeds Directional in two axes (horizontal and vertical) operable and controllable directly from the control located in the hand control, allows operator maximum control of the breakdown in the right amounts.

Discharge

Outlet located at the front equipped with a very wide, honeycombed door that allows rapid flow of product from the mixing tank to the feeder. The unloading belts, with a width of 2.9 ft, can be placed in different positions depending on the user’s needs during unifeed unloading and its exact distribution in the trough. Furthermore, they can be equipped with speed regulation for optimal batching of the mix.
