The May 2021 issue of MAD, Macchine Agricole Domani, featured an exclusive interview with Faresin Industries management by Marco Limina. A full-length interview with President Sante Faresin and daughters Silvia and Giulia, in which the business vision is told.
Love for made-in-Italy manufacturing, speed in decision-making and no limits on product and business development are the company guidelines that have led the company to travel with the wind in its sails, toward the milestone of its first 50 years.
“The commitment is to give a daily push toward production improvement in mechanical and technological content profiles, through strong investment in research and development. – says President Sante Faresin – We have always worked with these objectives even at the beginning of our adventure, between the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s, when we had entrusted the research sector of the University of Padua with the analysis of our first products and the subsequent comparison with what the market was already offering. Even in these years we continue to collaborate with some research institutions and universities to always try to improve the quality of our offerings.”
“Our company has three sales branches in Germany, France and Poland and more than 200 dealers worldwide. The most important markets are precisely where we have the branches, but we are also working well in Australia, the United States and Canada,” explains Silvia Faresin.
“Our policy is to train the new dealer or reseller immediately after acquisition anywhere in the world so that they are as independent as possible. – comments Giulia Faresin – This allows their technicians to provide for the needs of the end customer immediately. If that is not possible, our technicians will be the ones to step in. In this year and a half of downtime due to the pandemic, we have appreciated the preparedness of our dealers who have coped with the demands of the users of our machines.”
