Faresin Industries at Eurotier 2022: Smart technology serving the farmer

Faresin Industries will participate in the next edition of Eurotier, which returns after a two-year stop due to the health emergency. From November 15-17, 2022, the Vicenza-based industry will present visitors with the latest innovations dedicated to its mixer wagons and telehandlers, intelligent machines that ensure measurable profitability on farms and are ready for tomorrow’s agriculture.

All technologies are designed, tested and manufactured within the Breganze factory with the aim of constantly raising the bar of performance and offering state-of-the-art construction solutions.

Nearly 50 years of industry experience, together with advanced research, place Faresin at the forefront of livestock innovation, allowing mixer wagons and telehandlers to establish themselves in the global agricultural machinery market to help not only improve animal welfare on livestock farms, but to optimize operator work cycles and workloads.

New LEADER PF3 Self-propelled Mixer Wagon: MAXIMUM PROFITABILITY, MINIMUM CONSUMPTION

Faresin Industries presents, in a world premiere, its new 3-auger mixer wagon. A machine designed for large livestock farms-from 1,000 head and up-that are transforming the global livestock sector.

LEADER PF3 is the epitome of Faresin technology and introduces innovations that substantially and integrally improve barn profitability.

Extraordinary production capacity. Cubages of the large-breeding-sized mixing tanks: 30 and 36 m3. 3-vertical auger system with a geometry of mixing organs that ensures perfect unifeed with “Faresin grade” fiber compliance.

Handling in any situation. The machine was designed from the farmer’s perspective to ensure accessibility through passages of low height despite its majestic grandeur. The 3 steerable axles, with the front and rear driven with permanent all-wheel drive, and servo-hydraulic controlled steering on all axles are critical elements that reduce maneuvering space even in small stables and allow for very comfortable road travel.

ECOTRONIC: Optimization, automation, reduction of consumption. In 2017, with the launch of the first PF series, Faresin launched the “laboratory on wheels” design concept characterized by the integration of the Polispec NIR with the machine to ensure unifeed quality.

With ECOTRONIC we go up one more level, turning processing into a true automated industrial process. This new system interconnects all of the machine’s devices with each other and makes it possible, starting from the recipe, to program all of its activities according to the raw materials that are gradually being loaded. A process that ensures, through strict parameters, optimal management of all loading, cutting and mixing tools to prepare the best quality unifeed.

ECOTRONIC, thanks to automation, also optimizes energy use, dosing it according to the needs of each of the process operations . This reduces consumption and creates structural sustainability .

Optimization of resources also extends to the work of the operator who, thanks to simplification, becomes a “system conductor” without the need for special professional skills.

Through intelligent process automation, LEADER PF3, the flagship of the Faresin line up, opens a new path for herd growth in quality and profitability.

Innovative technologies that will soon be extended to the Italian Brand’s entire range of mixer wagons.

FS 7.32 Compact: the first of a new generation

FS 7.32 Compact, With 3.2 ton maximum lifting capacity and maximum lifting height of 7.1 m, is a machine that sets a new standard in the Compact segment, designed from the ground up in order to meet an ever-increasing demand to growing environmental awareness in all sectors. A true “systemic” response that brings FS 7.32 Compact to the top of its segment because it affects all major machine functions and puts the operator at the center, the link between the vehicle, its management and functional and service control.

The new FS range was born predisposed toward the future interconnection developments of the “internet of things” and is characterized by an innovative design that started from a Faresin R&D idea and was developed in collaboration with prestigious specialized studios and partners at the forefront of executive technology. Lowered and sloped to sloping over the right front wheel, the new hood defines a new level of visibility for telehandlers. The machine is also available with a lowered cab, with a maximum height of 2.06 m, for use on poultry farms.

The hydraulic part is the real muscle of the machine and is oversized to guarantee versatility of use, with flow rates from 120 to 180 liters/min, depending on the set-up, capable of ensuring extremely fast work cycles.

6.26 Full Electric: Sustainability that works

The 6.26 Full Electric Faresin telescopic is rapidly conquering the global market. With this lift, which was unveiled in 2018 at Eima as the world’s first electric lift, Faresin has a competitive advantage over the top players in the industry. Agile, quiet and sustainable. The 6.26 Full Electric Faresin lift is suitable for any type of use thanks to its lifting capacity of 2.6 tons and a maximum height of 6m. Twin of the diesel-powered version, it was created to be the equivalent eco-friendly alternative. Faresin’s 6.26 Full Electric is intended for uses where emissions and noise must be limited such as nighttime construction sites, zero-emission residential areas, livestock farms, greenhouses, food handling places such as cold storage, wine cellars, food laboratories, etc.

ERAMIX - Electric and Robot driven mixing technologies for the future sustainable agriculture

• massimizzazione del benessere dell’animale: precision feeding, benessere dell’ambiente stalla;
• elettrificazione dei sistemi di propulsione per carri miscelatori;
